The hotel was very clean and modern with helpful facilities such as a hair dryer, TV, and AC. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, close to the train station and within walking distance to both the new and old parts of Bergamo. The hotel also had a luggage deposit and a computer with a printer available for use.
